Information recorded

When you submit the form, the system stores the details you enter together with the enquiry language and source page.

  • Your contact name and the email address or telephone number you provide.
  • The product of interest and your message.
  • The enquiry language and source page address.
  • The enquiry reference, time received and email notification status.
  • A hashed value derived from the IP address to limit excessive submissions. Hashing does not mean the information is guaranteed to be anonymous.

How the information is used

Contact details and the message are used to respond, clarify specifications, discuss quotations and follow the progress of your enquiry. Technical submission records help limit duplicate requests and check receipt or notification delivery.

You choose what to send. Provide the information needed for the business enquiry, and avoid including identity documents, bank account details or unrelated personal data in the message field.

Drafts in your browser tab

Before submission, your name, contact details, selected product and message are temporarily stored in this browser tab so they can be restored when you change languages or revisit the form. After a submission attempt, the draft also keeps the previous submission content and a retry identifier to help avoid duplicate enquiries. The form restores a draft only within 24 hours of its last save and removes expired or unreadable drafts the next time it reads them.

Use “Clear draft” to remove the local enquiry draft and clear your name, contact details and message; the selected product stays in the form. A confirmed successful submission clears the submitted draft. Clearing a local draft does not delete an enquiry already saved on the website or its email copy. Browser session restoration can affect what is retained after closing a tab, so use the clear button on a shared device rather than relying on closing the tab alone.

Storage and email notifications

Enquiries are stored in the website database. The system sends the enquiry content to the Gmail inbox neallbule@gmail.com for handling; Google's email service is involved in transmitting and storing that email copy.

If you contact us directly by email or through an external communication service, that correspondence is also handled within the relevant service under its provider's terms and privacy information.

Requests to access, correct or delete information

Send a request about information you have provided to neallbule@gmail.com. Include your enquiry reference if available and contact details for verification, and explain what you would like to access, correct or delete.

Handling a request requires consideration of ongoing correspondence and any record keeping obligations that apply to the transaction. Website records and email copies are held separately, so your request needs to be considered for both.
